Commercial cleaner spraying and wiping a glass partition in a modern office lobby in the evening

For janitorial contractors & BSCs

Standardize every crew and every account on one concentrate.

One ultra-concentrated Multi-Surface Cleaner with dilution-on-demand replaces a shelf of single-task chemicals: fewer SKUs and SDS, simpler training for rotating crews, one SOP across every account.

Challenges we solve

The contractor math, solved

Margins in janitorial come from labour, consistency and procurement. The system attacks all three at once across a distributed book of accounts.

The challenge

Cost-per-use creep from buying many ready-to-use single-task products.

Our approach: One concentrate with dilution-on-demand mixes at the point of spray, so you pay to ship cleaner, not water, and lower cost-per-use across the whole book of business.

The challenge

A wall of SKUs and a binder of SDS to stock, train and audit against.

Our approach: Consolidating to one Multi-Surface concentrate collapses SKUs and inventory and leaves far fewer SDS to manage and train every crew against.

The challenge

Rotating and high-turnover crews delivering inconsistent results.

Our approach: A single trainable SOP with marked dilution settings means new crew members learn one method that runs identically in every account you hold.

The challenge

Buyers want documented packaging and waste reductions, not green adjectives.

Our approach: Shipped concentrate cuts packaging and deliveries versus ready-to-use bottles and lowers GHG, with the numbers documented for your bid team to cite.

Why Nature’s Pond

Why BSCs run the program across every account

Lower cost-per-use

Concentrate plus dilution-on-demand means you stop shipping and storing water, and your per-clean cost drops across every building.

Fewer SKUs and SDS

One concentrate replaces a shelf of single-task products, so inventory, reordering, SDS management and crew training all shrink.

Consistent across every site

A standardized, trainable SOP holds the same result in every account, even with rotating or high-turnover crews.

Less waste, longer equipment life

Less packaging and fewer deliveries versus ready-to-use, plus pH-neutral chemistry that is gentle on floors and equipment.

Procurement and safety documentation ready for the bid

Janitorial contracts are won and audited on paperwork as much as performance. The system gives your bid team defensible documentation, and the only kill claims belong to the registered disinfectant.

  • Far fewer SDS to manage, distribute and train crews against once you consolidate to one concentrate.
  • Health Canada DIN-registered disinfectant (DIN 02496704) for documented kill claims on hard non-porous surfaces.
  • Plastic and delivery reductions from concentrate-and-refill, documented so your bid team can cite them.
  • Dilution and SOP training materials so every crew, in every account, runs the same repeatable method.

Questions

Commercial janitorial cleaning: FAQ

Common questions about cleaning and disinfection for commercial janitorial environments.

How does switching to one concentrate lower our cost-per-use?
You stop buying and shipping water in ready-to-use bottles. The ultra-concentrated Multi-Surface Cleaner mixes with water at the point of spray, so a single jug yields many spray bottles, which lowers per-clean cost across your whole book of business.
Will this really simplify training for rotating crews?
Yes. One concentrate with marked dilution settings means a new crew member learns a single method instead of a wall of single-task products. The same SOP runs identically across every account, which holds quality even with high turnover.
Can you back up our packaging and waste reductions?
Yes. Shipping concentrate instead of pre-diluted product cuts packaging and deliveries versus ready-to-use bottles and lowers GHG. Those are concrete figures your bid team can document, not green language.
Do we still get a disinfectant with a kill claim for washrooms and touchpoints?
Yes. Clean first with the bacteria-based concentrate, then disinfect hard non-porous surfaces with our Health Canada DIN-registered disinfectant (DIN 02496704), or use RTU-Q for a one-step clean-and-disinfect. The Multi-Surface cleaner is not a disinfectant.
Is the chemistry safe for client floors, drains and equipment?
Yes. The concentrate is pH-neutral and non-corrosive, with no bleach, chlorine, ammonia or phosphates, so it is safe on plumbing, drains and septic systems and gentle on floors, finishes and your crews' equipment.
