Are Nature’s Pond cleaners and disinfectants made in Canada?
Yes. Our concentrates and disinfectants are made in Canada and shipped across the country, so facilities teams can stay stocked without long lead times.
How concentrated are the products, and how do I dilute them?
They are ultra-concentrated. Our hard-surface disinfectant, for example, dilutes one part product to 200 parts water. Diluting on site means you store and ship far less liquid and lower your cost per ready-to-use litre.
What surfaces and settings are these products made for?
They are formulated for non-porous hard surfaces in healthcare, food processing, hospitality, commercial buildings, residential facilities and industrial environments. Pre-clean heavy soil and follow the label directions for each application.
Do you provide Safety Data Sheets and application guides?
Yes. SDS and application guides are available for every product so your team can handle, dilute and store them safely and stay compliant.

How does the disinfectant work, and what is the contact time?
Our RTU-Q is a one-step disinfectant cleaner and our hard-surface disinfectant is an ultra-concentrate. For disinfection, surfaces must stay visibly wet for the contact time on the label, for example ten minutes. Pre-clean heavy soil first and follow each product label for its directions and claims.
